Independent Schools Association for the Central States

The Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS) is a membership organization of more than 230 independent schools from 13 states of the Midwest region. The purpose of ISACS is to promote the development of strong learning communities characterized by high achievements, social responsibility, and independence of governance, programs and policies. This goal is achieved through a rigorous accreditation process, targeted professional development programs, and focused support services.

Ohio Association for Independent Schools

The Ohio Association of Independent schools (OAIS) is a non-profit organization of pre-primary, elementary, middle and secondary schools whose purpose is to support and advance independent education in Ohio. It does so by working to foster and preserve independence and freedom of choice in education; encouraging collaboration among member schools and cooperation with other regional and national educational organizations for the ultimate benefit of Ohio’s students; providing leadership and support to member schools in developing and maintaining the highest possible standards of educational program and professional and ethical conduct; and serving as an advocate of Ohio independent schools by providing information and leadership on educational issues to the state government, Department of Education, and before the broader community.

National Association for Independent Schools

The National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) is a nonprofit membership association that provides services to more than 1,700 schools and associations of schools in the United States and abroad, including 1,400 independent private K-12 schools in the U.S.


AdvancED is the world’s largest education community, serving more than 30,000 public and private schools and districts across the United States and in more than 70 countries that educate over 16 million students. AdvancED believes that students must be prepared to succeed in a constantly-evolving and diverse world and that educational institutions have a deep responsibility to deliver quality education to students from all walks of life.

The North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI), Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI) are accreditation divisions of AdvancED.

Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce

Since 1907, the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce has served the needs of the business community in Delaware County. With more than 400 members, the Chamber brings a business perspective to initiatives throughout Delaware County, and works with local organizations and government entities to ensure that Delaware County continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas of the County. The Chamber serves as the visionary leader for programs and services benefiting our members by promoting and advocating a favorable business climate, quality of life and the orderly growth and development of the Delaware area community

Greater Powell Area Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Powell Area Chamber of Commerce is not organized for the advancement of the economic, civic, commercial, industrial, and agricultural interest of the City of Powell, Delaware County, Ohio, and surrounding territory; the promotion of the general welfare and prosperity of the Powell Area, and the stimulation of public sentiment to these ends; and the providing of such social features as will promote the purposes.
